As part of a collaborative project between the Waldulm Wine Cooperative, Achertäler Druckerei, and the artist Bastian Fiala, a special wine edition was created, bringing together wine, art, and craftsmanship. Two independent artworks were developed for the bottles, serving as the foundation for the label designs.

For this edition, a Spätburgunder Rotwein Spätlese trocken was selected – a typical yet distinctive wine from the region where Bastian Fiala grew up. The bottles appear in two different versions, each featuring one of the artworks and produced in a limited edition of 996 bottles per motif.

The labels were produced by Ahrtäler Druckerei using sophisticated printing and finishing techniques, giving them a remarkable depth and tactile quality.

At the international FINAT Label Awards, the project received multiple honors at the award ceremony in Athens: 1st place in three categories, as well as the distinction “Best in Show” for the best label submitted to the entire competition.
